Let’s Talk About What You’re Planning.

They installed a concrete patio and roofing for it, readying the patio for a hot tub, which included electric, lights, and an indoor/outdoor fan, which we had purchased. Their reviews were fantastic and Gemini said their price was fair. How am I gonna beat that? We didn't feel rushed, but the work was done darn fast. No criticisms. Final walk through with Waco (yeah his name really is Waco) revealed one needed update that he honestly pointed out himself rather than try to cover up. And the owner Keith is the epitome of good communication. Highest rating for these guys!

Keith has helped fix and repair my roof twice now. He is very reliable and did a great job!

I had a great experience using Keith Wright owner of TWT Exteriors and Roofing to build our Casita. From his free consultation, excellent design team, detailed contract, project management, excellent subs, and great workmanship he exceeded my expectations. Even though Keith is very involved with every step of the process, he had a great project manager (Waco) to make sure everything went as planned and stayed on schedule. Keith also applied for and closed out all permits required to construct our Casita including upgrading my electrical through AE, water through our PUA, and building permits through the COA. If your looking for someone who does quality work at a very reasonable price Keith is your man. We even used him to do several upgrades to our main home. I highly recommend TWT Exteriors & Roofing for all of your construction needs.
